The Carrier Mills-Stonefort Lady Wildcats won the Gallatin County Regional Championship against Goreville on Thursday in two games (25-18 and 25-21).

Principal Bryce Jerrell said he believes it is the school's first regional championship in volleyball.

The team will travel to Thompsonville on Monday, Oct. 29 where they will play NCOE (Norris City-Omaha-Enfield) at 6:30 p.m.
