Logan volleyball rolls past Shawnee

CARTERVILLE -- The John A. Logan College volleyball team rolled to a 25-7, 25-14, 25-8 win over Shawnee in a Great Rivers Athletic Conference match Thursday night at Brewer Gymnasium.
The Lady Vols improved to 20-8 overall and 11-0 in the GRAC with the win.
Herrin's Marissa Russell led Logan with seven kills. Kim Hall had five.
Alanis Below had 15 digs, while Taytum Murdock had 15 assists and Shelbey Saye had 12.
Logan plays at home Monday against Lake Land and is home again Wednesday to face Vincennes.
