Eagles fall to Fairfied, Vienna in BDC action

The Eldorado High School volleyball team was swept by a hard-hitting Fairfield team Monday night as the Eagles fell 25-10 and 25-16.
Briley Lenkaitis was 7-8 on spikes with one kill and 13 digs, while Lauryn Hampton was 6-7 on sets and 9-9 on serves with nine points. Emma Wargel went 5-5 on spikes with two kills and four blocks, while Paige Munds was 10-10 on sets and 6-6 on serves with six points and 11 digs.
Jade Hise was 10-11 on spikes with 14 digs, while Kayla Pilkington finished with nine digs. Kynzie Sizemore was 3-3 on spikes with one block, while Lacey Hobbs was 2-2 on spikes and Lexie Mitchell finished with five digs.
On Wednesday night, EHS lost to Vienna in three sets 22-25, 25-19 & 19-25
Lenkaitis was 15-15 on sets and 21-122 on spikes with five kills. She was also 12-12 on serves with 11 points, five blocks and 41 digs.
Hampton was 29-31 on sets and 7-9 on serves with nine points and 15 digs, while Wargel went 28-32 on spikes with three kills, while going 12-13 on serves with 14 points and three blocks.
Hise was 11-11 on sets and 28-33 on spikes with three kills. She was also 13-17 on serves with 12 points and 24 digs. Munds was 46-46 on sets and 7-7 on serves with seven points and 31 digs.
Pilkington was 3-6 on serves with six points, while Kynzie Sizemore was 23-24 on spikes with three kills and two blocks. Kiana Roberts had 15 digs and Mitchell finished with 11 digs.
