Marion girls golf team hosts Murphy, Goreville

MARION -- The Marion High School girls golf team was a gracious host Tuesday to a pair of incomplete teams as Murphysboro and Goreville visited Kokopelli.
Murphysboro's Hannah Gahagen, one of two players for the Red Devils, was the medalist with a 41.
Goreville had just one player.
Marion's top scores came from Sarah Capel and Chloe Thomas, who both carded 45. Olivia Gray shot a 46, followed by Ava Lewis (52), Baylee Kelley (55) and Kelsey Sinks (57).
