Marion boys golf team downs Carterville

MARION -- The Marion High School boys golf team defeated Carterville in a dual match, 161-227, Thursday at Kokopelli.
Marion's Isaac Hammet was the medalist with a 38.
Also scoring for the Wildcats were Cooper Smith (40), Karsten Stotlar (41) and Connor Chamness (42), with Hayden Burns (46) and Jacob Henry (51) also playing.
Aaron Kemp led the Lions with a 40.
