Harrisburg stays perfect with road win at Massac County

Matty Hawkins had her third career triple-double and a fast start by Harrisburg moved them past Massac County 79-34 late last week.
Hawkins had 11 points, 10 blocks and 10 rebounds, while Harrisburg had two other players score in double figures as they improved to 11-0 overall and 4-0 in SIRR Ohio play.
Lotte Miller had a game-high 22 points, while Karsyn Davis scored 17 in the win for Jake Stewart and company.
Madeline Rider netted nine in the win, while Brooke Meylor added eight points. Lydia Miller and Jess Hopson each finished with five points and Gabby Adams flipped in two points in the win.
Harrisburg jumped out to a 24-11 start and didn't look back, outscoring the Patriots 17-4 in the second quarter to take a 41-15 lead at the break.

Eldorado picks up BDC win over Johnston City

EHS put three players in double figures as the Eagles rolled to a 61-40 win over Johnston City in Black Diamond Conference action late last week.
Lexie Mitchell led EHS with 16 points, while Takiya Britton finished with 14 points and Rachel Stafford rounded out the double figure scoring with 12 points.
Paige Munds netted nine in the win for Eldorado, while Madison Newton added eight points and Drian Corn finished with two points.

Gallatin County comes up short to Carmi
Gallatin County senior Hailey Chubb scored a game-high 37 points, but the Hawks came up short, falling 53-50 to Carmi-White County late last week.
Gracie Sauls scored six points, while Audrey Jackson tacked on three points. Macy Crane and Molly Newton both had two points.
