Kailynn Lee Fitzpatrick, 4 weeks, died at 12 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
A graveside funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, at the Masonic & Oddfellows Cemetery, Benton, officiated by the Rev. Bob Fitzpatrick. Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort.
Kailynn was born on July 25, 2010, at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis, the daughter of Sierra Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by her mother; awesome grandparents, Mike and Leslie Fitzpatrick, Robin Fitzpatrick and Scott Hargett; great-grandparents, Joyce and Dave Hill; and several aunts and uncles, David Fitzpatrick, Zachariah Braggs, Crystal Snyder and Shane Fitzpatrick.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Dennis Fitzpatrick.
