D'Andre L. Green, 34, of Eldorado, formerly of Chicago, died Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills.
Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20 at A.A. Rayner Funeral Home in Chicago. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery in Hillside.
He was born on Aug. 29, 1984 in Chicago to Adam Campbell and Andrea Green.
He worked as a coal miner for the Jennchem Co. at their Thompsonville mine.
He attended the Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park when he was younger.
He is survived by his father, Adam Campbell of Chicago; mother, Andrea Green of Chicago; three daughters, Tiyania Forte and Dreyania Green, both of Iowa, and Kearie Green of Harrisburg; a sister, Charise Green of Forest Park; a brother, Brandon Campbell of Chicago; three aunts, Terralyn Baugh of Forest Park, Brenda Dixon of Chicago and Joanne Campbell of Chicago; three uncles, Kevin Green of Chicago, Brian Green of Chicago and Grady Dixon of Chicago; and grandmother, Adella Campbell of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother Marion Green; grandfather Nealie Lewis; an uncle, Robert Green; and a niece, Kennedy Leak.
