Toni Miller Wild, formerly of Marion

Toni Miller Wild, 65, of Bradenton, Florida, formerly of Marion, lost her battle with cancer on Friday, Oct. 26, 2018 at the home of her son, Landon.

Toni was born Jan. 14, 1953 to Ezra (Buck) Miller Sr. and Theresa Yannone Miller in Holden Hospital in Carbondale. She was raised on Old Route 13 west of Marion and graduated from Marion High School in 1970.

In 1972, she married Calvin Wild of Paducah, Ky. They worked together in their jewelry store in Decatur and enjoyed building and remodeling homes. They had one son, Landon.

Due to her illness, Toni retired as an administrative assistant in Florida.

Toni had many close friends and never knew a stranger. She had a love of music and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, friends and family. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, she enjoyed teaching others about Jehovah God's promises for the future.

Toni is survived by her son, Landon (Regina) Wild and her grandson, Calvin and granddaughter, Kelsey, all of Bradenton; two brothers, Ezra (Bucky) Miller Jr. of Christopher and Joseph Miller of Temple, Ga.; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins in Illinois and Florida.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and husband, Calvin, in 1998.

Services will be held in Palmetto, Florida.
