HARRISBURG -- Jeffry Keith Endsley, 59, passed away Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018, in Harrisburg Medical Center.
He was born July 11, 1958, in Harrisburg, the son of John Endsley Jr. and Janice Morse Shawmaker.
Jeff worked as a painter for several years and then farmed with his father.
He played Kiwanis baseball, where he won Pony League. Also, he was active in 4H and was a member of the Clodhoppers group.
Survivors include his father, John Jr. and Delores Brasher; aunt, Dixie Long of Eldorado; brother-in-law, Gary Hamilton of Harrisburg; his former wife, Margie; seven stepchildren; cousins, Scott Morse, Amy Richey, Bethe Gibbs, Kelly Long and Cindy Long; and his special friends, Jim Sea and wife, and Ben Brinkley.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Shawmaker; grandparents, John and Mildred Endsley and Willard and Gertrude Morse; and two sisters, Jill Endsley and Johnna Hamilton.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, in J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg with the Rev. Dick Driskell officiating. Burial will be in Ingram Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, at the funeral home.
