HEROD -- William Paul Milligan, 75, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2017, in Hardin County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31, in Honey Comb Church of God on Karbers Ridge Road with the Revs. Harold Miller and Robert Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare.
