QUALITY -- Franklin Douglas Glover, 74, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Franklin was born April 16, 1943, in Equality, the son of the late Homan Glover and Greela Phoebe (Bean) Glover Holland.
He married the former Martha Bayer on Nov. 20, 1965. Franklin was a member of Equality Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Glover, son, Kurt and Stepheny Glover, daughter, Shelly and Doug Collins, and two brothers, Marshall and Francie Glover and Terry Glover, all of Equality.
Other survivors include six grandchildren, Bart and Ashley Stanley, Tiffany and Terry Gorden, Ashlee Stanley, Logan Glover, Kasey and Jacob Collins and Jaycob Minnick; and five great-grandsons.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, in Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality with Brother Bob Williams and Brother Edgar Joyner officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery near Equality. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
