James N. Troutt Sr., 89, of Du Quoin passed away at 6:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at Fairview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Du Quoin.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23 at Cudgetown Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Wagner officiating.
