MARION -- Dorothy Brown Lamb, 98, of Flower Mound, Texas, formerly of Marion and Florida, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, in Carrollton, Texas.
Dorothy was born July 3, 1919, in Marion to Edward and Thelma Helen Slade Lee.
She married Robert "Bob" Brown, who preceded her in death in 1991. She later married Roland Lamb, who preceded her in death in 2003.
Dorothy was a dance instructor during her career.
Survivors include her children, Larry Dean Brown and wife Carolyn of Columbia, Missouri, Suzanne Gene Hill and husband Wendell of Sanford, Florida, and Cheri Lee Barlow and husband Dan of Flower Mound, Texas; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Maurice Dean Lee and his wife Violet of Alexandria, Virginia.
Services to celebrate Dorothy's life were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, in Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville, Texas.
