Franklin County Treasurer John Gulley reminds taxpayers that 2008 mobile home privilege taxes are due on Friday, Aug.1.
Payment will be accepted by mail or at the Franklin County Courthouse in Benton until 4 p.m. Friday. Payments postmarked Aug. 1 will be accepted.
Payments not received nor postmarked on or before Aug. 1 will be subject to a $25-per-month late-payment penalty. After Oct. 8, additional fees and penalties will apply.
