• Christopher S. Rings, 33, of Macedonia, was arrested Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008, on an outstanding Hamilton County warrant for deceptive practice. Rings was also ticketed for driving with no valid insurance. Rings' car was impounded pursuant to village ordinance. He was taken to Franklin County Jail.
