• Alexander Riddle, 18, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of 2 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance in the 900 block of W. Cherry St. on Jan. 17.
• Kelsie Simmons, 26, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery in the 1400 block of W. Boulevard St. on Jan. 17.
• William Whitlock, 46, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Driving While License Suspended, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Hypodermic Syringe and Possession of Recreational Cannabis in a Vehicle not in a labeled container in the area of White St. and Russell St. on Jan. 22.
• Nathan Brock, 43, of Marion has been arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Hypodermic Syringe in the area of White St. and Russell St. on Jan. 22.
• Angelo Burris, 36, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct in the 1400 block of W. End St. on Jan. 20.
• Tim Askew, 64, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct in the 1400 block of N. Glendale St. on Jan. 20.
• Norman Campbell, 20, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol and Speeding in the area of S. Court St. and Wildcat Dr. on Jan. 18.
• Dailey Williams, 25, of Marion, has been cited for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in the area of Boulevard St. and N. Madison St. on Jan. 20.
Melinda Shaw, 46, of Energy, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on Jan. 17.
• Eugene Phillips, 47, of Whiteash, has been arrested on charges of Improper Lane Usage, Illegal Squealing of Tires and two counts of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol in the area of State St. and Patrick St. on Jan. 20.
• Taylor Hubbs, 22, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Domestic Battery in the 1300 block of W. Boulevard St. on Jan. 18.
• Kayla Tolbert, 19, of Marion, has been arrested on charges of Retail Theft at Walmart Supercenter on Jan. 18.
