• Cody Demster, 21, of Carbondale, was arrested on charges of; possession of a stolen motor vehicle in the 1300 block of West Main Street on July 12.
• Curtis A Johnson, 40, of Marion, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia on July 13 in the 800 block of West Main Street.
• Leonard Morrison, 43, of Marion, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property, resisting a police officer and aggravated battery in the 800 block of West Main Street on July 13.
• John DuBois, 40, of Marion, was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol in the area of West Main Street and Comfort Drive on July 13.
• Antonio Brown, 30, of Marion, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Gent Street on July 10.
• Joseph Barnaby, 29, of Marion, was arrested on charges of retail theft, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance in the 2800 block of Outer Drive on July 15.
• Christina Stephenson, 39, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass to property in the 600 block of North Madison Street on July 10.
• Robert L Emery, 55, of Marion, was charged with criminal trespass to property in the 600 block of North Madison Street on July 10.
