During Carbondale Community High School's 2019 Awards Night program, 99 seniors were honored, and local awards this year topped $80,000 in support.
Organizers celebrated students who received local scholarships, along with those earning merit and institution awards. When combined, those awards total nearly $3 million in support for graduating seniors.
CCHS students graduated Saturday, May 18 at the SIU Arena.
