The Benton Farmers Market is gearing up for the 2019 season.
This year will mark the sixteenth anniversary of the market that is located on the east side of the Benton Community Park.
The market is set to open on May 2 and will run every Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., through Oct. 31.
"We have a few new vendors this year," said committee member Mary Bolen. "We look forward to seeing both new and returning customers."
Bolen also noted that the market will again be accepting LINK cards this year.
