Twelve students at Chester Grade School were honored in October for demonstrating good relationship skills.

Carter Davitz, Jaymie Dickerson, Eli Earl, Olivia Earl, Maddox Hunter, Bobby Ireland, Jonathon Keeton, Chloe Miller, Nick Nesbitt, Jason Stumpe, Dayvia Thielemann and Brooke Webb each received a certificate and their names were announced over the school public address system and on the CGS TV station.

The students were nominated by teachers and staff for demonstrating good relationship skills, which was the character trait highlighted by the school in October.

The ongoing character program is coordinated by Cindy Ponder, school social worker from the Perandoe Special Education District, with assistance from Jim Beers.
