The following information was obtained from the agencies named below. Note that arrests and charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
Randolph County Sheriff
• Christopher L. Craig, 26, of Newburgh, Ind., was arrested April 16 by Chester Police for DUI. He was released after posting $300 cash bond.
• Christopher L. Dunn, 24, of Modoc, was arrested April 17 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge. Bond amount is $5,000.
•Craig T. Priday, 39, of Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested April 17 by Chester Police on an Alexander County warrant for speeding. He was released after posting $250 cash bond.
• John R. Bogle, 38, of Evansville, was arrested April 19 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of meth charge. No bond was set on the warrant. He is also wanted out of Monroe County for retail theft. Bond on that warrant is $10,000.
• Jackie R. Monroe, 55, of Sparta, was arrested April 19 by Illinois State Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a child endangerment charge. Bond is $1,000.
• Maranda T. Speaks, 26, of Sparta, was arrested April 19 by Sparta Police for unlawful use of weapons, mob action and resisting a peace officer. Released on a recognizance bond.
• Victoria L. Alvarez, 25, of Ellis Grove, was arrested April 20 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for domestic battery.
• Alfred A. Alvarez, 28, of Ellis Grove, was arrested April 20 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for domestic battery.
• Jeffrey J. Wittenborn, 51, of Red Bud, was arrested April 20 by Steeleville Police for DUI. He was released after posting $300 cash bond.
• Edgar A. Hernandez, 29, of Sparta, was arrested April 20 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for DUI & driving while license suspended. He was released to immigration authorities.
• Elijah C. Nesbitt, 20, of Chester, was arrested April 21 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Released after posting $200 cash bond.
• Robert K. Bell, 39, of Ellis Grove, was arrested April 21 by Chester Police for driving while license revoked. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Joshua D. Fogle, 21, of Cape Girardeau, Mo., was arrested April 21 by Chester Police for driving while license suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle and no insurance. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Brandon L. Pegg, 19, of Waterloo, arrested April 21 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a battery charge. He was released after posting $350 cash bond.
• Jeffrey T. Dancy, 57, of Sparta, was arrested April 21 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for driving while license suspended. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
SPARTA POLICE
• Effie A. Tennyson, 35, of Cranehill Ala. was arrested April 17 for driving while license suspended. She wasgiven a City Court date.
