Misdemeanor dispositions
February 28
• Shedret A. McQueen Jr., 19, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.
• Joseph M. Garrison, 28, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for three days served and sentenced to 12 months probation. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.
• Anthony E. Perry, 50, of Carbondale was charged with battery. He was given credit for 31 days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. He was fined.
March 2
• Raelle Peterson, 24, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. She was given credit for two days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. She was fined.
• Tatiana Cody, 26, of Chippewa Falls, Wis., was charged with domestic battery. She was sentenced to three months supervision and ordered to pay costs.
• Derrick A. Barnes, 36, of Columbus, Ga., was charged with domestic battery. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge. He was ordered to pay restitution.
• Steven Denton, 49, of Carbondale was charged with theft. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.
• Daniel J. Black, 20, of Carbondale was charged with retail theft. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was ordered to pay restitution.
• Cortez Rodriguez, 23, of Granite City was charged with making a false report to a public safety agency. He was given credit for two days served and sentenced to 12 months conditional discharge.

• Jordan R. Welz, 36, of Murphysboro was charged with battery. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months supervision. He was fined.

February 15
• Jeri A. Branch, 58, of Murphysboro was charged with arson. She was given credit for 18 days served and sentenced to 30 months probation. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.
• Detreshaun J. Kizer, 21, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated robbery. He was given credit for 504 days served and sentenced to three months in the Department of Corrections.
• Mandi J. Grammer, 32, of Carterville was charged with theft. She was given credit for eight days served and sentenced to 16 days in jail and 12 months probation. She was fined and ordered to pay restitution.
• Lawrence C. Stewart, 31, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of cannabis. He was given credit for 18 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

• Baheni O. Champion, 33, of Carbondale was charged with domestic battery. He was fined and sentenced to 12 months probation.
• Nina Jacobs, 39, of Makanda was charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was given credit for 14 days served and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 30 hours public service and 24 months probation. She was fined and ordered to attend treatment.

• Bobby L. Barnes, 21, of Carbondale was charged with two counts of aggravated robbery. He was given credit for 93 days served and sentenced to nine years in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.
• Jonquel M. Gaston, 27, of Carbondale was charged with aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer. He was given credit for 61 days served and sentenced to 24 months conditional discharge.
• Brockton R. Darnell, 24, of Murphysboro was charged with aggravated domestic battery. He was given credit for 76 days served and sentenced to 30 months probation. He was fined.
• Gordon E. Moore, 51, of Murphysboro was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 17 days served and sentenced to 24 months probation. He was fined.

• Eric S. Brown, 34, of Murphysboro was charged with possession of meth. He was given credit for 154 days served and sentenced to to years in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to attend treatment.
March 1
• Jeanie N. Akamanti, 59, of Kearneysville, W.V., was charged with vendor fraud. She was sentenced to 48 months probation and ordered to pay costs and restitution.
• Chelsea J. Beasley, 25, of Murphysboro was charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. She was fined and sentenced to 30 months probation. She was ordered to pay restitution and attend treatment.
March 6
• Raymond D. Salazar, 24, of Menard was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
He was given credit for 55 days served and sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs.
March 7
• Blake J. Taylor, 27, of Makanda was charged with domestic battery. He was given credit for 28 days served and sentenced to 60 days in jail and 24 months probation. He was fined.
