Francisco Ortiz, 19, of Marion, was charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery of cannabis on Jan. 31 in the area of Market and White Streets.
Aaron Isaacson, 35, of Carterville, was charged with resisting/obstructing a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamines on Jan. 30 in the 3000 block of West DeYoung Street.
Kenneth Marks, 27, of Goreville, was charged with disorderly conduct/filing a false police report on Jan. 30 in the 2800 block of East Outer Drive.
Bradley Schram, 31, of Huntsville, Alabama, was charged with possession of methamphetamines in the 3300 block of West DeYoung Street on Jan. 29.
Michael Blair, 49, of Rosiclaire, was charged with criminal trespass to property in the 1300 block of West Boulevard Street on Jan. 30.
