Multiple law enforcement agencies remain on the scene in the small Franklin County village of West City Thursday afternoon for what Police Chief Scott Choisser says is a death investigation.
Outside a home on South Central Street, Choisser addressed reporters but offered no other information, as to how many deaths were being investigated, and other details. Police had roped off the house with crime scene tape.
