Alesha M. Frailey, 21, of Eldorado, was charged with violation of probation on Jan. 12.
Zachary A. Russel, 30, of Harrisburg, was charged with driving while suspended/revoked and operation of uninsured vehicle on Jan. 13.
Michael R. Crank, 39, of Harrisburg, was charged with an EPA violation on Jan. 13.
Sabrina A. Stewart, 29, of Harrisburg, was charged with failure to appear in court on a charge of theft (enhanced) on Jan. 13.
Rickie R. Horton, 62, of Shawneetown, was charged with six counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and on a warrant from Hamilton County for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child on Jan. 15.
