The following incidents were obtained from the Du Quoin Police Department. Note that arrests, charges and citations are allegations only, not findings of guilt.
Dec. 22
• Police arrested Bryan Rogers, 40, of Pinckneyville at 11:29 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery. Rogers was taken to the Perry County Jail.
Dec. 23
• Police cited April Huggins, 34, of Du Quoin at 12:58 a.m. for illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Police arrested a 12-year-old male juvenile of Du Quoin at 1:26 p.m. on a city ordinance charge of theft. The juvenile was released to a guardian.
