Becca Spencer, 36, of Carterville, was charged with retail theft at Menard's on Dec. 1.
Jeremy Taylor, 30, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Kroger's on Dec. 1.
Jacob Diefenbach, 28, of Pittsburg, was charged with driving while license suspended, possession of methamphetamines, possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the area of Logan and Reeves Streets on Dec. 2.
Brian Collins, 40, of Marion, was charged with battery in the 1000 block of West Elm Street on Dec. 3.
Weslie Mann, 20, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Dec. 1.
Sydney Freeman, 18, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Dec. 1.
