Chester man dies in Highway 51 wreck

A 26-year-old Chester man was fatally injured in a one-vehicle rollover accident on Highway 51 in Perry County, Missouri, early this morning.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dylan M. Young was driving a 2002 Dodge Dakota northbound on Highway 51, five-tenths of a mile south of Perry County Road 238, when the vehicle traveled off right side of the road. Young overcorrected, causing the Dakota to run off the left side of the road and overturn.
Young, who was not reportedly wearing his seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Perry County coroner Bill Bohnert at 1:39 a.m.
The crash was reported at 1:18 a.m. The Chester Fire Department was paged to assist Perry County Rural Fire with the accident.
