Information on these cases was provided by the Marion Police Department. It should be noted that all cases here are charges only and that nobody is presumed guilty.

Cody Goins, 29, of Goreville, was charged with driving Under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage in the area of DuFour and Atchison Streets on Nov. 3.

Rashawn Davis, 31, of Marion, was charged with driving without headlights when required and failure to yield to an emergency Vehicle in the area of Main and Carbon Streets on Nov. 5.

Levi Fortner, 24, of Marion, was charged with domestic battery, possession of methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance in the area of Shawnee Drive and Russell Street on Nov. 4.

Chastity M Jones, 38, of Marion, was charged with possession of stolen property on Nov. 5.

Elizabeth A Norris, 36, of Marion, was charged with possession of stolen property and trying to sell stolen property over the Internet on Nov. 5.

Lisa Chamness, 48, of Johnston City, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 3.

Michelle Dunnigan, 49, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Nov. 3.

Franklin Byars, 34, of Eldridge, AL, was charged with resisting/obstructing a police officer, obstructing justice, obstructing identification, possession of methamphetamines and retail theft at Rural King on Nov. 5.

Keeton Brown, 26, of Eldorado, was charged with speeding, two counts of driving under the influence, improper lane usage, disobeying traffic control device, no valid registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in the area of Williamson Country Parkway and DeYoung Street on Nov. 4.

Gregory Wicks, 57, of Marion, was charged with disorderly conduct In the 1900 block of West Main Street on Nov. 3.

Kyle Cane, 18, of Johnston City, was charged with domestic battery on Nov. 3 in the area of Midway Court.

Hiram Jones, 39, of Marion, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1800 block of Bittle Place on Nov. 1.

Thomas Jackson, 51, of Pharr TX, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with damage and improper lane usage in the area of Court and Main Streets on Oct. 30. No injuries were reported.

Nickolas Tingue, 31, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Oct. 29.

Michelle Tingue, 33, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Oct. 29.

Chad Kavis, 36, of Marion, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of North Madison Street on Oct. 29.

Andrew Cooper-Ray, 19, of Marion, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with reporting a domestic battery on Oct. 29 in the 500 block of East Browning Street.

Bethany Bailey, 44, of Marion, was charged with unlawful visitation interference on Oct. 29.

Kelly Hart, 50, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Oct. 30.

Justine L Doyle, 29, of Herrin, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Oct. 30.

Joe Alexander, 65, of Marion, was charged with retail theft at Walmart Supercenter on Oct. 31.
