Vance, 30, Marissa, arrested October 23, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a battery charge, a Ste Genevieve (Mo.) warrant for unlawful possession of controlled substance and a St. Louis County warrant for unlawful possession of controlled substance. Was jailed.
• Nicholas A. Ward, 19, Springfield, arrested October 23, 2017 by Sparta Police for suspicion of no driver's license and leaving the scene of an accident. Was jailed.
• Andrew L. Fullington, 29, Chester, arrested October 23, 2017 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for suspicion of aggravated battery. Was jailed.
• Cory S. Houk, 30, Chester, arrested October 23, 2017 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for deceptive practice. Released after posting $500 cash bond.
• Noah D. Thompson, 20, Chester, arrested October 23, 2017 by Chester Police on a Randolph County Warrant for retail theft. Was jailed.
• Derrick L. Downey, 32, Chester, arrested October 23, 2017 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for aggravated battery. Was jailed.
• Michelle L. Frazer, 44, Chester, arrested October 24, 2017 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for unlawful possession of meth. Released after posting $1,000 cash bond.
• Lavonn U. Monroe, 47, Sparta, arrested October 24, 2017 by Sparta Police on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation. Was jailed.
• Jessie M. Forbus, 19, Belleville, arrested October 24, 2017 by Red Bud Police for suspicion of driving while license revoked, operating uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. Was jailed.
• Aldon H. Hagen, 49, Baldwin, arrested October 25, 2017 by Baldwin Police for suspicion of driving while license suspended and a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a theft by deception charge. Released by order of judge.
• Bradley L. Sronce, 54, Oakdale, arrested October 26, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office on a Randolph County warrant for theft. Was jailed.
• Ezell D. VanAllen, 26, Carbondale, arrested October 28, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for driving while license revoked and speeding. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Michael A. Groves, 22, Waterloo, arrested October 28, 2017 by Red Bud Police for unlawful display of registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle and unlawful use of weapons. Released after posting $150 cash bond.
• Daniel L. Galle, 26, Marissa, arrested October 29, 2017 by Randolph County Sheriff's Office for suspicion of domestic battery. Was jailed.
