No ordinary planter

When West City resident Ronda Taskoski mentioned to her brother that she wanted an old piece of farm equipment that she could use to plant flowers in, she says it wasn't long before he placed this in her front yard. 'Once I saw it, I knew just what to do with it,' she said. She may the only Franklin County resident that can boast of plants in a planter.
