Benton Farmer's Market in full swing

Justin Engelmann (left) and Quinn Tunison of D.J. Brumleve Farm of Cobden had a busy day at last week's Farmers Market in Benton. Their stand offered a variety of fresh vegetables including tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans and squash. Engelmann said Benton's is just one market the pair travels to each week. 'We also do Marion, Carbondale, Anna, Cape Girardeau and Jackson, Mo.," he said. The Benton Farmers Market is held from 3 to 6 p.m. every Thursday at the park.
