Officials with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Marion will host a "State of the Marion VA" town hall meeting from 5-6 p.m. Thursday at the hospital, 2401 W. Main St., Marion.
The event is scheduled in support of the recently "State of the VA" presentation given by Veterans Affairs Secretary Dr. David Shulkin, to the White House.
Director Jo-Ann Ginsberg and other senior leadership will co-host this event involving three sites: Marion; Evansville Health Care Center and the Paducah Community Based Outpatient Clinic by video teleconference. All veterans, media and members of the southern Illinois community are welcome to attend.
