Locals kick it up at Cajun Fest

It was a perfect afternoon last Saturday to kick it up and have fun at Pheasant Hollow's 2017 Cajun Fest. Several couples spent the afternoon dancing to a line up of several Cajun bands. The annual event featured live music, Cajun dance lessons and Cajun food by Uncle Joe's, including homemade gumbo, crawfish boil with corn and potatoes, grilled shrimp skewers, and pulled pork sandwiches.
