The following incidents were obtained from the Du Quoin Police Department. Note that arrests/charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

May 11
Police cited Eric Vuichard, 29, of Pinckneyville at 3:26 a.m. for failure to give information for a property damage sccident.
Police cited a 17-year-old female of Valier at 10:15 p.m. for possession of cannabis under 10 grams. She was issued a notice to appear.
Police arrested Patrick Gwinn, 26, of Port Charolette, Fla., at
10:47 p.m. on charges of improper parking on a roadway, DUI, unlawful possession of meth, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Gwinn was incarcerated at the Perry County Jail.

May 12
Police arrested Kevin Grammer, 56, of Royalton at 4:36 p.m. for DUI. Grammer posted $100 and his driver's license.

May 13
Police cited Thomas Ketterer, 30, of Du Quoin at 2:07 a.m. for disobeying a traffic control and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ketterer was issued a notice to appear.
Police arrested John Young, 33, of Du Quoin at 7:16 a.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer. Young was incarcerated at the Perry County Jail.
Police cited Brittny Johnson, 24, of Du Quoin at 9:53 p.m. for no valid driver's license.
Police cited John Davison, 43, of Tamaroa at 10:34 p.m. for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

May 14
Police cited Mary Eberhardt, 42, of Du Quoin at 1:46 a.m. for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Police cited Brian Lambert, 52, of Du Quoin at 1:36 p.m. for duty of due care, cell phone.
Police cited Austin Heatherly, 20, and Raymond Heatherly, 19, both of Du Quoin, at 9:48 p.m. for unlawful consumption of alcohol.
Police cited David Johnson-Buck, 22, of Pinckneyville at 9:50 p.m. for possession of cannabis under 10 grams. Johnson-Buck was issued a notice to appear.

May 15
Police cited Joel Elswick, 33, of Du Quoin at 2:56 p.m. for expired registration.
