Benton PD Report

The following incidents were obtained from the Benton Police Department. Note that arrests/charges are allegations only, not findings of guilt.

Feb. 3
Benton Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Joplin and McLeansboro streets and subsequently arrested Branden C. Eubanks, 31, of Benton on a charge of driving on a suspended license. Eubanks was transported to the Franklin County Jail.

Feb. 4
Benton Police conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of North McLeansboro Street and subsequently arrested Nissa M. Upton, 29, of Benton on a charge of driving on a suspended license. Upton was transported to the Franklin County Jail.

Feb. 5
Benton Police were dispatched to Franklin Hospital in reference to a domestic dispute. Police subsequently arrested Brandon E. Rodriguez, 29, of Ellenboro, N.C., the suspect in a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 800 block of North Eighth Street, on a charge of aggravated domestic battery. Rodriguez was charged and transported to the Franklin County Jail for further processing.
