Violet Nadine Loss, Benton, Il. passed away at 4:15 a.m., Wed. June, 2, 2016 in Energy, Il.
Nadine was born in Belle Rive, Il. on Oct.7, 1923. Her parents, Emery and Juanita Seel, preceded her in death. Nadine retired from K Mart in West Frankfort, Il. as a cashier. She was also involved in the family’s former bowling alley business, Benton Bowl.
Nadine is survived by son Rev. Roger Loss and wife Susanne, Herrin, Il.; son Rev. Don Loss and wife Cathi, Lenoir, N.C.; daughter Arlene Langevin and husband Bob, Rancho Cucamanga, Ca; and son John Loss, Coconut Creek, Fl. She is also survived by grandchildren Alan Loss and wife Deanna, West Frankfort, Il; Ed Daech and wife Tammy, Brentwood, Tn.; Shawn Loss, Coconut Creek, Fl.; Elizabeth Griffith and husband Stu, Port St. Lucie, Fl.; Jonathon Loss and wife Meredith, Hickory, N.C.; Chris Loss , St. Louis, Mo.; Melody Losier and husband Michael, Hudson, N.C.; Brittny Loss, Marion, Il; Bethany Vaughn, Marion, Il; Michael Loss, Cincinnati, Oh . Nadine is also survived by great grandchildren James Loss and wife Charlotte, West Frankfort, Il; Olivia and Emily Caldwell, Marion; Mikayla, Noah and Logan Loss, Hickory, N.C. Samuel Griffith, Port St. Lucie, Fl.; Lorelei, Jude and Abel Losier, Hudson, N.C.; Kingston Loss, St. Louis, Mo.: Noah and Tabitha Daech, Brentwood, Tn.
There will be a family celebration of life at a later date.
