Johnston City Fire Department raises $2,300 for gifts
The Johnston City Fire Department and local residents came through in a big way this week, providing Christmas for 23 local children from the Manna Mission's Angel Tree. A "pass the boot" collection at a local intersection a couple of weeks ago raised $2,300, said Fire Chief Tom Burton.
