The Du Quoin Ministerial Alliance will host the annual "Journey to the Cross" luncheons again this year.
The first luncheon will begin at noon on Friday, March 6 at the First Christian Church, 312 E. Main St. in Du Quoin. The luncheon will be followed by a time of singing, prayer and a short devotion.
The schedule for the remaining luncheons is as follows:
• Friday, March 13, at First Baptist Church, 104 N. Washington St.
• Friday, March 20, at Spirit of Life Church, 720 N. Hickory St.
• Friday, March 27, at St. John's United Church of Christ, 20 S. Hickory St.
• Friday, April 3 at Sunfield United Methodist Church, 7785 School St.
The annual Community Good Friday service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 10 at St. John's United Church of Christ.
