The Memorial Hospital Auxiliary is grateful to everyone who donated to the 2019 Tree of Remembrance Drive. The drive raised $7,665, which the Auxiliary will use to help the hospital buy needed equipment.

Funds collected this year will be used to buy 17 Samsung 32-inch Smart Healthcare televisions along with pillow speaker interface for the new in-patient rooms. These new devices come equipped with the latest technology: closed captioning, channel listings, hospital logo display, interactive options for call lights, patient guide access, on screen display language, and sleep timers.

These smart devices will also be used as communication tools for the patients and give them one of the simple comforts of home.

If you would still like to make a donation, drop it in the collection box in the hospital's front lobby hallway, or mail it to Tree of Remembrance Chairman Apryl Bradshaw, c/o Memorial Hospital, 1900 State St., Chester, 62233.

Thank you to the following people who have made memorials and donations to the 2019 drive.
