Square One Flooring opens on Swanwick Street

On Feb. 5, the Chester Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Square One Flooring, 1207 Swanwick St. The business, owned by Jason and Mary Fernandez, offers a full line of flooring and installation.
