Chamber's 'Night at the Races' another success

Mike Lochhead, above, is the master of ceremonies at Night at the Races, held at the Chester Country Club on Nov. 9. The event was sponsored by the Chester Chamber of Commerce. Guests placed their bets on 12 horse races. "There were winners and there were some who lost, but everyone seemed to have a great time," said Bruce Luthy Jr., chamber treasurer.
