Dr. Peter Palsha, 66, of North Port, Florida, and formerly of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, surrounded by his family.
Peter was born in Kosice, Slovakia, on May 4, 1950, the son of Alexej and Olga Palsha.
Prior to moving to Florida, Peter and his wife Judy lived in Chester for over 20 years, where Peter was an emergency doctor.
He enjoyed traveling, reading, especially biographies and fine cuisine. He was survived by his wife, Judy Palsha, niece Petra and nephew Miro.
He was preceded in death by his sister and parents.
A memorial service will be held on March 3, 2017 at Heron Creek Golf & Country Club, North Port, Fla. Burial of remains will take place at later time in his hometown of Kosice, Slovakia.
